A: The fastest and best
way to check this is to check the buy currency page. It is known to us
that other sites will often lead you to believe they have stock on-hand
only to order and be told it is unavailable and you must wait hours or
even days till they get it back in stock. We have taken every precaution
to make sure from the time you place a quantity in your cart till the time
we log in and deliver it to you that it is available. The only time this
is false is if our account was recently closed and we have not realized it
yet but this is very rare. As a matter of fact, we have successfully
delivered 99.05% of our orders on or before the scheduled delivery time*.
Should your order ever fall into the 0.95% category, we will never stall
you or try trap you into the order; we will ask you if you would mind
waiting or we will refund you immediately. *As of 2007-02-23
A: It is a place you can
track the details of your order after it is placed. You will see a
countdown timer to your scheduled delivery time, any notes we have made on
it, status of the order, as well as the name of the representative that is
taking care of your order. For instance you will see when we are calling
you to voice authorize the order, or see exactly when we start logging in
to the game, and ultimately when your order is delivered. No more waiting
and guessing when your order will be finished.
A: Hey! Leave Josh’s web
development skills out of this. Didn’t your mother ever teach that beauty
is on the inside? Seriously though, we feel that it is better to have
great prices, even better customer support, and fast delivery than to
waste resources on a professionally designed website. You came here to
become a wealthier gamer and that is what we are here to do. We designed
our site to be easy to operate and get what you came for and we feel we
have accomplished this goal. If you still feel that we are lacking an
important aspect of the buying experience then please let us know about
it. We have a Contact Us page that allows you to send a email directly to
the President and Vice president and we urge you to make use of it.
A: Of course! MMO’s are
our life. We love them so much that we made a career out of it and it’s a
requirement for employment to have a year of MMO experience. However,
there are some games that none of us have played as there are more games
that we have employees.
A: We have many, many
years of combined experience in the RMT market and we have NEVER heard of
a customer’s account being closed for buying currency from us OR any other
site for that matter. We’re not saying that it isn’t possible, it is
against most games’ EULA to buy or sell in-game currency. We are just
saying that because we want to be honest but before you start freaking
out, re-read the first sentence of this answer. The players are what make
the game and the gaming companies know this so they don’t try to weed out
the players, rather, they try to stop it at its source which is primarily
the farmers and sometimes even our accounts. No, don’t feel bad, it
happens and we have ways of dealing with it.
A: Absolutely not. It is
a game, just like… say.. paintball is. If you are playing paintball with
your friends and you have a more expensive gun than them are you cheating?
As an answer to your friends calling you an addict you could tell them
playing a MMO’s is your hobby and think about how many hobbies there are
that you have to spend money on (…like paintball for instance)? We’re sure
that explains our point of view clearly but for one more argument, what if
you have a full time job that seems like 2 full time jobs? You aren’t
going to want to spend your three hours of leisure time per night grinding
for a week to get a mid price necklace. Time is money, and if you have
more money than time then why not buy some (time that is). We sell time..
Write that down.
A: /blush We’re
flattered you like us so much! However we aren’t currently looking for
anyone, but that’s not to say you can’t try. Sorry to be cheesy but
finding good employees is like finding love. It’s always better when it
finds you then when you look for it. So going with that, it can’t hurt to
at least try. Maybe you’re exactly what we didn’t know we needed. The best
way to get out attention is to go to the Contact Us page and tell us why
you think it would be a mistake for us to not hire you and maybe we’ll
feel the same way.
A: Simply, because there
is a lot of fraud in this industry. Have you ever seen a PayPal phishing
email in your box? If you haven’t we wouldn’t be surprised if a study came
out that said you were the only one in the WORLD that hasn’t. The sad fact
is a lot of people can’t tell the difference from a legitimate email from
a phishing attempt and in turn their account is compromised. Honestly,
these identity thieves are smart; they know there is nothing a company can
do to recover these type of intangible goods so we are a prime target.
Don’t worry though, we are very friendly and quick on the phone and being
a U.S. based company you won’t have to strain to understand us. Also, we
only do this for first time orders so all your future orders will go
directly to the delivery queue. Remember, we aren’t doing it to cover our
own butt but the real owner of the PayPal account appreciates it when we
accurately call out the thief.
A: If in fact we misread
you during the phone authorization call we are sorry and please don’t take
it personally. We have strict criteria for passing the voice authorization
part of the order and all decisions are final. There is one way to
override this decision and that usually includes making scans of personal
identification documents such as a drivers license and social security
card. Obviously you are probably concerned about giving these type of
documents to us but we are very careful with them. If you decided to do
this, you will need to contact the execs from the Contact Us page and they
will tell you in more detail about what documents are needed from you
based on your location and/or order details and report from the person
that did the voice authorization. Then when you do send them, the two
executives will be the only member of the company to have access to these
documents and they will be destroyed* when evaluation is complete. *Files
are shredded using Gutmann Method certified software.
A: Sort of. The best
thing you can do is do is go to the Sell Currency page and find out how
much you can get for what currency you have. If you add this amount to
your cart you have a negative balance. With that negative balance you can
go to the Buy Currency page and select a quantity close in price. It will
probably be hard to get a exact match and there isn’t anything we have
available to fix that. Consequently there will always be some amount that
either we will be paying you or you will need to pay us.
A: Our aim was to make
it so that we will always purchase any amount from you no matter what we
already have in stock. The only reason we don’t show some servers is
because for one reason or another we are not able to receive stock on this
server. Anyways, the formula is based on the Gaussian Model, a bell curve
as some people know it. We will payout on the rate at the top of the curve
until we have the max on-hand we wish to carry at any time. After this
point the rate we pay per unit drops sharply for every unit after and will
eventually bottom out at a minimum price that we established. If your lost
still, take this example, and it is purely an example. For game A we set
full stock being at 20 units, currently we have 15 units on-hand, max
payout is $10 per unit, and minimum payout is $5 per unit. Now let us say
you want to sell 10 units, we will payout $10 per unit for the first 5
units, after that we may pay $9 for the 6th unit, $7.5 for the 7th unit $6
for the 8th unit and $5 for every unit from 9th on. Why do we go to all
the trouble? Why not just stop accepting stock? Well, we want you to feel
that we are always here to help you out with some cash even if no other
site is buying. Even though we are overstocked we will risk carrying more
if the price goes down. But don’t think we’re just trying to bank off your
need for money. If we do buy stock cheaper than usual from you, we also
sell it for cheaper than usual because we want to unload. So in short,
it’s a win-win for everyone.
A: The RMT market is a
fast changing one. For instance we have seen many spikes in the price of
Guild Wars. By spike we mean price being $40 for 1000k one day then within
24 hours go up to $90. Seriously. So back to the question. We base our
pre-order price on the current trend in the game's buying price. If price
is steadily rising then we will need to sell it for more than the current
price because it will cost us more the next time we buy it. However, the
price you pay for a pre-order is not final. Think of it more like a
deposit. We will refund you the difference once we acquire your stock if
there is one. For an example lets go back to Guild Wars again. We are
selling 1000k for $40 and we offer pre-order for $50 for the same amount.
If the stock we pruchase allows us to sell 1000k at $40 on the site then
we will refund you $10 immediately and automatically without you asking
for it. If on the other hand the price we pay makes us sell it for $70
then we will not ask you for more money and we will take the loss. One
more example: Say you pay $100 for a preorder of 3 million gil, you
receive a email from us saying it is ready for delivery, and out of
curiosity you check the site and we are now offering 3 million for instant
delivery for $90. Don't freak out, we will be refunding you the $10
difference shortly. So that explains it... Hopefully. If not please
contact live chat.
